- Comply with RANAA’s Charter , By-Laws, Mission and Vision;
- Ensure accountability, legal and ethical integrity of the Network;
- Review and approve: a)the narrative and financial reports and b) the strategic directions;
- Take part in the Network’s activities and plans when asked and present proposals for the development of its work;
- Suggest items for the Agenda of the General Assembly and attend its meetings;
- Share with the Secretariat any activity news of the National Networks worthy of sharing on RANAA’s Website;
- Disseminate information about the Network programs and activities to CSOs;
- Support the Board of Directors and partake in committees as and when required;
- Contribute to promoting RANAA’s public image and attract new members;
- Pay RANAA’s annual membership fees.
