Support

There are a variety of fundamental and imperative needs expressed by people living with HIV and their families, which require to be addressed. These essential needs fall into one of four interrelated domains: 1) medical needs, such as treatment at subsidized costs and health insurance policy for the affected, 2) psychological needs, such as emotional support, 3) socioeconomic needs, such as access to employment; 4) and human rights and legal needs, such as access to care and protection against violence, stigma and discrimination.
